Details
fix(ci): replace outdated ssh-client image to fix kex negotiation 
dwdraju/ssh-client-alpine ships OpenSSH 7.5p1 (2017), which predates
post-quantum key exchange (sntrup761x25519-sha512@openssh.com, added in
OpenSSH 8.9). That breaks the deploy step as soon as the target host's
sshd_config is hardened to PQ-only kex. Switched to alpine:latest with
apk-installed openssh-client (currently 10.x) instead.
