feat(postings): split posts list into status tabs, fix collapsed admin nav f2c8f5c51c

Posts page now shows three independent tabs (Scheduled/Published/Failed),
each with its own sort direction, search and pagination, instead of one
long flat list mixing every status together. The API's GET /api/posts
gained optional status/sort query params to support this, staying fully
backward compatible for existing callers (including the Android app).

Also fixes the admin section's sub-navigation (Overview/Users/Plugins)
having become unreachable once the sidebar could be collapsed: the Admin
button now opens a flyout menu with the same entries when collapsed,
mirroring the existing profile-menu popover pattern.
