Source/issue links in README, AI-USAGE, CONTRIBUTING and the in-app
footer/sidebar now point to forge.chrislo.de instead of codeberg.org,
following the move of the source repo hosting. Contributor account
creation and fork instructions now reference Forgejo, and the
AGENTS.md issue-reference convention now points at Forgejo issues
going forward (historical "Codeberg #NN" references in code comments
and CHANGELOG.md are left untouched).
